Her fears

He still wonders if the tears she cried were real. He remembers that night when she looked at his eyes and uttered, “I’m scared of losing you”. Finding no answer he just threw her a warm hug. One year down the way her fears came all true. Just that she didn’t lose him. He lost her.

A fallen world

So broken already, even the chirping of the birds make him feel paranoid. What and whom to trust? When everything that he once knew as his world could be broken apart on a Wednesday night?

He sought solace within him. You deserved much better they told him then. He merely nodded as his heart broke every time he was told just that. That night he promised to be good without knowing what it really meant.

He looked up and saw the stars. And, wondered what love would mean to them in the vast universe.
